Terms of service

Last updated September 13, 2026

These terms cover your use of Affiliate Discovery, whether through the app, the API or a dataset we deliver to you. Using any of them means you accept them.

1. The account

You must give accurate details, keep your password and API keys to yourself, and tell us if either is compromised. An account is for one organisation; you are responsible for what the people you invite do with it. You must be able to enter a contract on behalf of that organisation.

2. Credits and what they meter

Searching, filtering and opening a publisher profile are unmetered. Revealing a contact spends a credit, and the same pool serves the app and the API so there is no second allowance to track. A contact you have already revealed is free to open again.

Credits attach to the account, do not transfer between accounts, and do not have a cash value. Plan credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over. Credits bought as a one-off do not expire while the account is open.

3. What you may do with the data

Use it inside your own organisation to find, assess and approach partners. Load it into your own CRM, warehouse and outreach tools. Combine it with your own data. Keep the records you exported while your subscription is live.

What you may not do: resell, sublicense or redistribute the corpus or a substantial part of it; publish it as a dataset or a directory; use it to build a competing publisher database; or offer access to it to anyone outside your organisation. Extracting at a rate or volume that amounts to taking the corpus rather than using it is a breach whether it is done through the API or the interface.

4. What you may not do with the contacts

Contact details are for business-to-business partner outreach. You must follow the marketing and electronic communications law that applies to you, including the GDPR and PECR where relevant, CAN-SPAM in the United States, and equivalent rules elsewhere. Honour unsubscribe requests, identify yourself honestly, and stop contacting anyone who asks you to.

You must not use anything here for consumer credit, insurance, employment, housing or tenancy decisions. We are not a consumer reporting agency and the corpus is not fit for those purposes.

5. The AI features

The prompt box and the outreach planner use a large language model. What they produce is a starting point written from your description, not advice and not a guarantee. Read anything the planner writes before you send it, and check any claim it makes about your own business. You are responsible for the messages you send.

6. Done-for-you work

Managed outreach, and any branding work included with it, is quoted and agreed separately. Where a separate agreement exists and conflicts with these terms, that agreement wins for that work.

7. Accuracy

The corpus is observed from the open web and refreshed continuously. Sites change, networks change, and estimates are estimates. We work hard to keep it current and we do not warrant that every record is complete or correct at the moment you read it. Verify anything you are about to act on commercially.

8. Availability

We aim for continuous availability and will give notice of planned maintenance where we can. Unless a separate agreement sets a service level, the service is provided as-is and without an uptime guarantee.

9. Payment, renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel at any time and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Fees already paid are not refundable except where the law requires it. We will give at least 30 days' notice before a price change affecting you.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches section 3 or section 4, that is used to attack or overload the service, or that goes unpaid. Where it is safe and lawful to do so we will warn you first and give you a chance to put it right. You may close your account at any time.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period.

12. Changes

We will post any change here and, where it materially affects you, email account holders before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change.
